About the Role

A leading Fintech organization is seeking a skilled QA Automation Tester to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software products through effective test planning, automation, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve defects
• Maintain test documentation, including test plans, cases, and reports
• Ensure test automation frameworks are up-to-date and scalable
• Participate in code reviews and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes

Requirements

• Proven experience as a QA Tester with a focus on test automation
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
• Experience working with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
