Responsibilities - Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure Quality, the Team Lead is required to manage the following - Spot Checks and Reporting of Outside Plant Fiber Activities - Milestone and Final Acceptance Testing - Escalations and Enforcement of Quality - As Built Documentation - Maintaining and Updating.Standards and Specification Documentation for Training purposes - You will report to the Head of Infrastructure Quality and contribute to the overall Quality Objectives of the Infrastructure Division - You are tasked with ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence during all levels of engagement with customers and stakeholders, proactively providing support and input when required.
