About the Role

A QA/QC Engineer ensures products and projects meet quality and compliance standards by developing quality control systems, implementing inspection and test plans, and performing daily inspections. You will review documentation, identify and resolve non-conformances, coordinate with project teams, and maintain quality records.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and standards to ensure products and projects meet requirements
• Prepare and maintain quality-related documentation, including method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and daily/weekly reports
• Conduct inspections of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications
• Investigate root causes of non-conformances and implement corrective actions to resolve issues
• Work with project teams, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to address quality concerns and ensure compliance
• Ensure all activities and products comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
• Perform internal audits and review QA/QC organizations and procedures submitted by contractors
• Participate in lessons learned sessions to identify best practices and enhance processes
