Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Monrovia for a Provost in the College of Health Sciences.

The Provost will be responsible for overseeing academic and administrative functions, spearheading strategic initiatives, facilitating research and innovation, ensuring program quality, and fostering collaboration among faculty, staff, and students.

Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing policies, managing budgets, and representing the college within the university and to external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred
• Extensive experience in academic administration and faculty management
• Experience in higher education administration
• Understanding of the healthcare industry
• Proven track record in research and innovation
• Demonstrated ability to secure grants and funding
