Property Manager at Design Union

Job Summary

Design Union seeks an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee the rental and management operations of residential and commercial properties on the Victoria Island and Lekki axis. The ideal candidate must possess excellent networking skills, a strong understanding of the Lagos property market, and a proven ability to manage client relationships while ensuring optimal property performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property rental operations, including tenant sourcing, screening, and lease management
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and service providers
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and property inspections
• Prepare and manage property budgets, rent collections, and reports
• Market available properties through effective channels to minimize vacancies

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of proven experience in property management or real estate operations
• Strong understanding of the luxury apartment rental market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties efficiently
