## Title: Promoter Supervisor
About the Role
The Promoter Supervisor oversees a team of brand promoters responsible for executing in-store and field marketing activities. This role ensures that all promotional campaigns are effectively implemented, brand standards are maintained, and sales targets are achieved.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational, communication, and coaching skills who can motivate and manage a field team to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of promoters to meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Plan and coordinate promoter schedules, store assignments, and activation sites
- Monitor promoter performance and ensure adherence to company policies, brand guidelines, and sales objectives
- Conduct regular field visits to evaluate performance, provide coaching, and ensure effective customer engagement
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align promotional activities with overall business objectives
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, sales data, and market feedback
- Manage promoter inventory including uniforms, samples, and marketing materials, ensuring proper distribution and accountability
- Handle escalations or issues arising in the field promptly and professionally
- Recruit, onboard, and train new promoters as needed to maintain adequate staffing levels
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, promotions, or sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of achieving sales or promotional targets
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by promotional schedules
