Position Overview
DreamCity Properties seeks a strategic and results-driven Projects Coordinator to provide overall leadership for our project portfolios. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing large-scale real estate projects, including high-rise buildings, and navigating the regulatory landscape of Abuja and Lagos.
You will be responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered efficiently, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with all state regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overarching technical and administrative direction for the entire project lifecycle of multiple real estate developments, including high-rise buildings, from conception to handover
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all regulatory engagements, specifically with Abuja FCT and Lagos State agencies to secure all necessary permits and approvals
- Implement and monitor advanced project management methodologies to optimize resource allocation, streamline processes, and ensure peak project performance
- Oversee the preparation, management, and adherence to project timelines and budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and cost-saving initiatives are identified and implemented
- Lead, mentor, and manage a large, multidisciplinary team of Project Managers, Engineers, Site Supervisors, and technical staff
- Establish and enforce rigorous quality assurance, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across all project sites
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks related to construction, logistics, regulations, and timelines
- Act as the senior representative in engagements with clients, investors, joint venture partners, contractors, and professional consultants
- Oversee the negotiation, execution, and management of major project contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions
