Project Supervisor / Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Project manage construction works from start to finish - Supervise day-to-day construction activities - Ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications - Monitor artisans, subcontractors, and site workers - Enforce quality standards, safety, and timelines - Report progress and challenges to management. Requirements: - OND / HND / BSc Degree in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, or related fields - 8 - 12 years of work experience - Proven site supervision experience in property development, real estate, or construction companies, preferably with reputable firms such as ITB Nigeria Limited, Julius Berger Nigeria Plc, Cappa & D’Alberto Plc, Vita Construction Limited, CCECC, or similar organizations. - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to interpret drawings and schedules - Result-oriented and disciplined.
