Project Supervisor at FiberOne Broadband

Job Objective

Manage materials requests for assigned projects, conduct site walkthroughs with vendors, ensure strict adherence to design specifications, and guarantee prompt delivery across all assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site walkthroughs with vendors before project commencement
• Supervise and monitor all expansion projects
• Provide daily feedback on all ongoing projects to supervisor
• Report all achieved project milestones in a timely manner
• Collaborate closely with MEC team for project audits and JCC issuance
• Ensure timely closure of projects
• Document all projects and maintain updated tracking spreadsheets

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

Required Experience & Skills

• CFOT certification (CFOS certification is an added advantage)
• FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) understanding
• Ability to report using Excel and other tools
• Ability to interpret FTTH designs
• Strong community relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Street smartness and practical field awareness
