Roles and Responsibilities

Site Supervision

• Oversee daily construction activities and ensure work aligns with approved drawings and standards
• Enforce adherence to safety and quality control measures on-site

Technical Implementation

• Interpret technical drawings and specifications for site teams
• Resolve construction challenges in coordination with project engineers and architects

Reporting and Documentation

• Maintain accurate daily site logs, materials records, and progress reports
• Communicate project status and issues promptly to management

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of site-based experience
• Strong knowledge of project documentation
• Ability to manage subcontractors and teams

Required Skills and Competencies

• Proven project management experience in the real estate or construction industry
• Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
