## Title: Project Officer
About the Role
We are seeking a Project Officer to join our team at Vertex Realty Solutions Limited in Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects while managing timelines, budgets, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee daily project activities, track progress, and ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage issues that may arise during the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with team members across different departments and manage communication between stakeholders
- Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and ensure all project documentation is properly organized and filed
- Assist with budget management, resource allocation, and the selection of external vendors or contractors
- Assist in developing project proposals, creating detailed project plans, and setting deadlines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, HND, or Master's Degree
- 4 – 8 years of relevant project management experience
