Project Manager (Health Tech)

About the Role

As a Project Manager at mDoc Healthcare, you will be a key member of our team, providing direct virtual and in-person support services to different member cohorts. Working alongside the mDoc leadership team, you will help cultivate an environment that reflects our core values of respect for members and team members. We are looking for someone who is data-driven and committed to delivering optimal member-centred care and experience in all actions.

Given that mDoc is both a technology firm and a startup, you will use digital tools to plan, manage projects, track progress, and predict success while managing members and customers. You should be prepared for some fluidity in responsibilities as we grow and evolve.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of project activities in accordance with the work plan, collaborating with external and internal stakeholders to ensure successful achievement of KPIs
• Use Jira and other technology tools to proactively manage the team's complex plans
• Lead daily huddles with clinical and management teams
• Prepare administrative documents and collect and compile inputs for documentation
• Collect, organize, and compile background materials and documents for meetings
• Prepare reporting as needed; compile data and generate reports and presentations
• Create monthly plans for virtual training needs and resource planning
• Initiate meetings with stakeholders and team members; prepare communications that summarize discussions and action items from both internal and client meetings
• Manage logistics with external partners and stakeholders for tele-education programs and other initiatives
• Document meeting discussions and decisions into meeting minutes and follow up on post-meeting action items
• Conduct project reviews to identify action items and recommend solutions
