Project Manager at Univista Media

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager with an accounting background to lead planning and execution of client and internal projects at Univista Media. You will work closely with creative, communication, and operations teams to deliver results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor media and communication projects
• Coordinate teams, timelines, and deliverables to meet project goals
• Liaise with clients, partners, and vendors to ensure satisfaction
• Track budgets, report progress, and manage risks or bottlenecks
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure project quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in project management or coordination
• Excellent multitasking, planning, and leadership skills
• Strong communication and client management abilities
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification (advantageous)
