Job Summary

Taylor Communication Solutions seeks a qualified Project Manager to plan, execute, and complete projects on time and within budget. This role involves defining project scope, managing resources, leading the team, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. The Project Manager will manage schedules, oversee budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and Definition: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and create detailed project plans and schedules
• Resource and Budget Management: Allocate resources, create and manage project budgets, and ensure financial controls are maintained
• Team Leadership: Assemble and lead the project team, directing and supporting team members to achieve project objectives
• Monitoring and Execution: Oversee daily project management, monitor progress, track milestones, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
• Risk and Quality Assurance: Identify and mitigate potential risks, and ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards
• Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related matters, providing regular updates to stakeholders and clients
• Problem-Solving: Eliminate roadblocks, manage changes, and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle
• Project Closeout: Evaluate and assess the final project results and outcomes
