About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its organization. The role holder will ensure that all projects are implemented efficiently, to the satisfaction of the customer, and in support of organizational profitability.

Annual Compensation

N3M–N3.6M net

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and oversee telecommunications projects to ensure delivery on-time, within scope, and within budget
• Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and track deliverables
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders for seamless execution
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and manage change effectively
• Measure performance and prepare regular progress reports for management and stakeholders
• Maintain strong client and vendor relationships, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• 4–6 years of proven working experience as a project administrator, manager, or team member, preferably in telecommunications, information technology, or construction projects
• Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in infrastructure rollout, construction, or related endeavors
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) required

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly project management, word-processing, and spreadsheet applications
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management
• Working knowledge of engineering and engineering drawings
