About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Royal Power and Energy Limited as a Project Engineer in the Telecommunications sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive technical site surveys to assess project requirements, identify potential challenges, and suggest optimal solutions aligned with client needs and project specifications
• Prepare detailed technical documentation essential for tender submissions, including technical specifications, drawings, schematics, and equipment lists, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards and client requirements
• Oversee the seamless execution of telecom projects from initiation to completion, coordinating closely with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and adherence to project milestones and budget constraints
• Lead and manage a team of field service engineers tasked with site surveys and project implementation, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise to optimize team performance and ensure successful execution of project objectives
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for the service department to enhance technical proficiency, operational efficiency, and service quality standards, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development

Required Qualifications

• HND, B.Eng, or B.Tech qualification
• 4-10 years of relevant work experience
