## Title: Project Coordinator / Estimator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Estimator to join our construction team. This role is fully remote and requires strong technical, coordination, and cost-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor project activities across multiple teams and construction sites
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), budgets, and cost reports
  • Track project schedules, progress, and deliverables
  • Assist in procurement planning, tender analysis, and contractor coordination
  • Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents
  • Mark up and perform takeoffs using Bluebeam
  • Support project managers with reporting, documentation, and cost control
  • Participate in virtual meetings and provide timely project updates

Required Qualifications

  • BSc in Quantity Surveying or Architecture
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project coordination and/or estimating

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Software Proficiency (Mandatory)

  • Vectorworks
  • AutoCAD
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Bluebeam
  • Procore
  • Sage

Additional Skills

Ability to draft in Vectorworks is an added advantage. Training will be provided where necessary.

Remote Work Requirements

  • Reliable access to constant electricity
  • Stable and high-speed internet connection
  • Ability to work efficiently across different time zones where required
