## Title: Project Coordinator - Manufacturing

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator. You will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, forecasting, resourcing, and managing of technical activities to ensure project accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, including simple tasks and larger plans, managing schedules and arranging assignments
  • Communicate progress to all team members and stakeholders
  • Prepare, plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects
  • Manage all manufacturing CAPEX planning and execution
  • Interact with clients to interpret and document their needs and requirements
  • Cooperate and communicate with the project manager and other project participants
  • Collaborate with engineers to create more efficient project methods and maintain project profitability
  • Develop specifications for the project's required equipment
  • Create frameworks to measure project metrics and manage data collection
  • Manage LAD (Letter of Adjustment Deviation) and payment processes
  • Ensure timely release of LAD/POs and payments
  • Monitor and ensure seamless execution of all manufacturing projects across all plants
  • Track project performance and analyze successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Track budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and staff members
  • Ensure Safety First compliance and adherence to all safety norms
  • Carry out any other tasks as assigned by management

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor of Engineering Degree (B.Eng.) or HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant hands-on experience in technical project engineering
  • At least 2 years' experience in a beverage bottling company
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project
  • Experience in budgeting and people management
  • Knowledge of bottling operations
