## Title: Project Coordinator - Community-Based & Disability-Inclusive Development

About the Role

An established organization is seeking a Project Coordinator to support program implementation and coordination across Community-Based and Disability-Inclusive Development (CBID/DID) initiatives. Working collaboratively with LETSAI staff, field teams, and key stakeholders, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective program design, development, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Program Design, Development & Implementation Support

  • Lead preparation of situation reports, periodic updates, and analyses by compiling and analyzing data and related information with focus on CBID/DID aspects to inform effective program planning and management
  • Conduct field visits to project areas to assess local conditions, monitor progress, and establish contact with community groups and partners
  • Collect information, identify problems and constraints to ensure effective project delivery

Program Leadership & Coordination

  • Establish effective leadership for CBID/DID sub-working groups and map existing activities
  • Undertake protection gap analysis and support elaboration of Standard Operating Procedures and standardized tools
  • Promote data collection and management practices and build capacity of LETSAI staff

Monitoring, Evaluation & Quality Assurance

  • Provide timely feedback on ongoing activities and propose amendments as needed
  • Identify challenges and develop mitigation measures and ways forward

Resource Mobilization & Strategic Planning

  • Contribute to proposal development (narrative and budget) by providing relevant inputs on CBID/DID aspects in coordination with technical and project management teams
  • Engage in resource mobilization efforts to support joint programming
  • Contribute to development of CBID/DID program strategic direction for responding to the needs of women, girls, boys, and men

Technical Support & Training

  • Provide technical support to revise and develop contextualized training and Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials
  • Coordinate and facilitate use of these materials during training and community awareness sessions on CBID/DID

Additional Duties

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management
