Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the program, ensuring all activities are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Develop, implement, and monitor detailed program work plans, timelines, and resource allocations
• Regularly monitor program activities and performance against key indicators (KPIs) to assess impact and identify areas for improvement
• Manage the program budget, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial accountability in line with organizational policies and donor requirements
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges that could impact program success
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate program staff and volunteers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
• Serve as the primary liaison between the organization, implementing partners, local community groups, and government stakeholders
• Establish and utilize robust Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (ME&L) systems to track progress against key performance indicators and program goals
• Oversee data collection, analysis, and synthesis to inform program adjustments and ensure evidence-based decision-making
• Prepare and submit timely, high-quality programmatic and financial reports to the Executive Director and other stakeholders, clearly communicating program impact and challenges
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including schools, community organizations, government agencies, and donors
• Represent the organization at external events, conferences, and forums to advocate for its mission and programs
• Identify and pursue opportunities for collaboration and new partnerships to expand the organization's reach and impact
