## Title: Program and Project Manager

Overview

The Program and Project Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the organization's mission of advancing gender equity through strategic program development, effective project execution, and impactful communications. This role combines big-picture leadership with hands-on project management, ensuring that initiatives are well designed, efficiently executed, and deliver measurable impact.

The manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of programs and projects, from ideation and planning to implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. They will also lead digital communications efforts, mentor interns and volunteers, cultivate partnerships, secure funding, and advocate for gender-equity policies. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, and the ability to align multiple stakeholders toward common goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Program & Project Management

  • Develop long-term programs that address gender-related issues in alignment with organizational objectives
  • Create detailed project plans with clear deliverables, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and alignment with organizational priorities
  • Introduce creative, practical solutions to advance gender equity and integrate insights from interns, volunteers, and stakeholders

Communications and Digital Marketing

  • Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, email, social media, digital ads) to amplify organizational mission
  • Grow and manage organizational presence on X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms with engaging, brand-consistent content
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve digital user experience
