Prog. & Organisational Change Management Manager at BUA Foods

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified candidate to lead digital transformation by ensuring cutting-edge technology is adopted, embraced, and leveraged by people to deliver full business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end delivery of strategic digital transformation programs, from planning through execution, consistently meeting all scope, budget, and quality objectives
• Orchestrate integrated program plans, proactively managing cross-project dependencies, risks, and resources, with transparent reporting to senior leadership
• Spearhead comprehensive change management strategies including impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management to secure buy-in and minimize disruption
• Champion enterprise-wide adoption by building networks of change champions and designing targeted communications and training campaigns
• Measure and optimize ROI by tracking change adoption, utilization, and proficiency metrics to ensure continuous improvement and full realization of business benefits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HND in legal studies, humanities, or any related field
• 5+ years of combined experience in program/project management and organizational change management, with at least 2 years in a dedicated OCM role
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale transformation programs (e.g., ERP implementations, digital transformations, major process re-engineering)

Preferred Experience

• Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, or related industries
