## Title: Professor of Surgery
About the Position
Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo is seeking a qualified Professor of Surgery to join its academic faculty.
Required Qualifications
- MBBS Degree plus final fellowship of the National Postgraduate Medical College Nigeria or equivalent qualification
- Professor status with a minimum of twenty (20) publications, of which at least five (5) must be international publications and fifteen (15) must be journal articles
- OR Reader with Ph.D. degree or equivalent in a relevant field, with evidence of outstanding and continuing achievement and teaching experience in a University setting
- Evidence of supervision to completion of at least one (1) Ph.D. student or three (3) Master's students
- Current registration with the relevant professional body (mandatory requirement)
