Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Professor in Internal Medicine at the Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo.

Required Qualifications

• MBBS Degree plus final fellowship of the National Postgraduate Medical College Nigeria or equivalent qualification
• Professor status with a minimum of twenty (20) publications, of which:
  • Five (5) must be offshore publications
  • Fifteen (15) must be journal articles
• OR Reader with a Ph.D. degree or equivalent in a relevant field with evidence of outstanding and continuing achievement in teaching and research experience in a University
• Evidence of supervision to completion of at least one (1) Ph.D. or three (3) Master's students
• Registration with the relevant professional body (mandatory requirement)
