About the Position

Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Professor in the Department of Anaesthesia.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

• Professor with a minimum of twenty (20) publications, of which at least five (5) must be international publications and fifteen (15) must be journal articles, OR
• Reader with a Ph.D. degree or equivalent in a relevant field and evidence of outstanding and continuing achievement and teaching experience in a university setting

Essential Requirements

• MBBS Degree
• Final Fellowship of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria or equivalent qualification
• Evidence of supervision to completion of at least one (1) Ph.D. student or three (3) Master's students
• Registration with the relevant professional body (mandatory)
