About the Role
An established company is recruiting a Professional Chef for a live-in position based in Lagos, Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare menus
- Prepare local and continental dishes to a high standard
- Maintain excellent kitchen hygiene standards
Requirements
- OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor's Degree
- 4–8 years of professional cooking experience
- Excellent knowledge of local Nigerian cuisine
- Good knowledge of continental dishes
- Strong menu planning skills
- Proficiency in kitchen hygiene standards
- Age: 35–50 years
- Must be based in Lagos
- Live-in arrangement required
Compensation
N250,000 – N300,000 monthly
