Production Technician (Port Harcourt)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Position Summary: - Performs equipment setup, operation and production, equipment adjustments,  troubleshooting and minor representative maintenance tasks to meet all standards for safety, quality and efficiency before, during and after production. - Carries out raw materials preparations and products production monitoring. - Authority Gives Production equipment conditions reports. Key Responsibilities: - Feed raw materials into production machinery - Assemble goods on production lines - Monitor the production process - Carry out basic quality and testing checks - Store goods and raw materials properly in our warehouse - Supervising lifting equipment and forklift trucks to fulfill orders - Pack goods to be shipped/delivered - Maintain work areas and equipment – good housekeeping. Report To - Production/Operation Manager Experience: - Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or SSCE/WAEC certificate. - Knowledge of production required. - 1 – 2 years’ experience in manufacturing is required. - Problem-solving skills. - Analytical thinking skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to provide training. - A positive attitude and willingness to work overtime when required. Remuneration: - #50,000 Salary and #10,000 transport and recharge card allowance for the probation period of 6 months. - Incentives: Also 2k -4k per production day.
