Production Team Member

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. ​​​​​​​About the Role Fitlife Café is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Team Member to join our fast-growing, health-focused café. You will be responsible for preparing fresh meals and beverages, supporting daily corporate deliveries, maintaining excellent hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Please note:

• Only applicants living within Victoria Island and its environs are considered eligible for application.

• Accommodation is not available.

• Prepare high-quality food and beverages following established recipes and portion guidelines.

• Arrive punctually by 6:00 AM and ensure all corporate client orders (Exxon & Total) are produced and delivered by 7:00 AM.

• Monitor inventory, track freshness, report spoilage, and notify management of low stock levels.

• Maintain strict hygiene standards—cleaning surfaces, equipment, and participating in deep cleaning routines.

• Complete and dispatch café orders within 15 minutes, following internal order procedures.

• Provide professional and courteous customer service, including answering calls using the approved Fitlife Café greeting.

• Participate in end-of-day duties including cleaning, inventory, and reconciliation.

Working Hours

• 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

• (Overtime or extended shifts may apply depending on business needs — overtime is paid, and staff are entitled to one day off weekly.)

Required Qualifications:

• Age requirement: 18 years and above.

• Minimum SSCE Certificate.

• Experience in food production, hospitality, or restaurant service is an added advantage.

• Strong attention to detail, good hygiene practices, and ability to work efficiently under pressure.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

• Successful candidates must undergo — and pass — a fully sponsored Food Handler’s Medical Test conducted by Fitlife Café before they are hired.
