Production Supervisor at Human Edge Consulting

Position Overview

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. The production supervisor will manage machine operators and ensure they meet key requirements including increased productivity and manufacturing quality in accordance with Quality Policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate machine operators effectively across machines and supervise operations throughout all working hours
• Monitor machine output and resolve machine line issues such as processing and mold-related problems; report out-of-control situations to Production Executive
• Control and plan mold changeover times as instructed by Production Executive
• Ensure product quality meets QA standards during mold changes and throughout machine operation
• Verify that all machine operators follow PPE requirements during working hours
• Monitor machine cycle time according to daily machine calibration reports
• Maintain machine productivity and implement necessary actions to reduce rejection rates
• Maintain 5S standards and shop floor housekeeping

Requirements

• OND, HND, or B.Sc. degree with 1–2 years of experience in plastics manufacturing
• Professional membership and certification from relevant recognized institutions

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate cross-functionally with Production Executive
• Excellent manufacturing knowledge and ability to handle pressure positively
• Experience working effectively with colleagues and associates
