Production Officer at Winnys Meal Limited

Job Summary

The Production Officer is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting food items in strict compliance with Winnys Meals On The Move Nig Ltd's standards for quality, hygiene, and speed.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare raw ingredients for cooking (washing, cutting, marinating, seasoning, portioning) according to recipe specifications and daily production plans
• Cook food items including rice dishes, soups, meats, pastries, and side items using appropriate equipment (stove, oven, fryer, grill, etc.)
• Adhere strictly to kitchen timelines to ensure meals are ready during peak hours and demand periods
• Follow standardized recipes and procedures to maintain consistent taste, appearance, and quality across all branches
• Practice excellent personal hygiene, including hand washing, clean uniforms, hair nets, and gloves
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitization of workstations, utensils, kitchen surfaces, cutting boards, and equipment before and after use
• Operate kitchen appliances and equipment safely and report any malfunctions to the maintenance team or supervisor
• Ensure all equipment (knives, mixers, fryers, blenders, etc.) are cleaned, dried, and stored appropriately after use

Skills and Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to follow directions and standardized processes
• Multitasking and time management skills under pressure
• Team spirit and effective communication with co-workers
• Basic knowledge of food safety and cooking techniques
