Production Line Supervisor at Olam Agri

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Line Supervisor to oversee daily noodle production operations. In this role, you will ensure efficiency, quality, and safety by managing staff, monitoring equipment, maintaining production targets, and troubleshooting operational issues. You will serve as a vital communication bridge between management and the production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily noodle production operations
• Train and supervise production staff
• Schedule and coordinate production activities
• Monitor equipment performance and maintenance needs
• Maintain production targets and report on performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
• Prepare and submit required reports to management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum OND qualification in a Science or Technical field
• Minimum 3 years of production or maintenance supervisory experience in the FMCG industry
• Sound understanding of CLIT, Maintenance, and GMP protocols
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Must be less than 37 years of age as of 30 September 2025
• Must be permanently residing in the Apapa environs (Ajegunle, Apapa, Orile, Surulere, Mushin, or Amuwo Odofin)

Compensation

N150,000 - N220,000 per month
