About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join our bakery production operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, mixing, and portioning bakery products according to recipes and standards
• Support bakers in baking, decorating, and packaging products
• Weigh, measure, and prepare ingredients as needed
• Ensure all products meet quality and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area, tools, and equipment
• Assist with stock rotation, inventory, and receiving supplies
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Head Baker or Production Supervisor

Requirements

• Previous experience in a bakery, kitchen, or food production environment is an advantage (but not mandatory – training will be provided)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions carefully
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle bakery equipment
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays when required
