Production Assistant at Recore Limited

Job Summary

We are seeking diligent and safety-conscious Production Assistants to support our plant operations. The ideal candidates will assist in the preparation and mixing of concrete ingredients (cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures) under the supervision of the Batching Plant Operator, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and accurate mixing of concrete materials
• Load materials into hoppers or conveyors as directed
• Monitor equipment during operation and promptly report any faults or irregularities
• Clean mixers, hoppers, conveyors, and related equipment after production to prevent buildup
• Support basic maintenance tasks such as lubrication, filter checks, and tightening of bolts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
• Load and unload materials manually or using basic equipment (e.g., forklifts or wheelbarrows)
• Ensure proper material storage and promptly report shortages or quality issues

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Qualification: WASC or SSCE certificate
• Previous work experience in an industrial or plant environment is an added advantage
