Production – Assembly & Site Installation

Reports To Operations Manager / Factory Manager Supervises Assemblers, Installers, Helpers Job Purpose To manage final assembly and on-site installations, ensuring all furniture is correctly fitted, aligned, functional, and damage-free. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise final assembly of modular furniture - Ensure all fittings, hinges, slides, and fasteners are secure - Coordinate loading, handling, and protection of items - Lead on-site installation teams and customer handovers - Resolve fitting or alignment issues on-site - Ensure installations follow drawings and client specifications - Capture and report site feedback or defects - Enforce professionalism and customer etiquette KPIs - Installation error rate - Customer complaints post-installation - Time spent per installation - Damage incidents during handling Required Skills & Experience - Strong furniture assembly experience - Site coordination and client-facing skills - Problem-solving ability
