Job Summary

Own and grow the commercial success of Fuchs Industrial Lubrication products across industrial sectors. Drive market development, product adoption, and measurable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales and market development plans for Fuchs products
• Own product performance, market share, and profitability
• Identify and convert new industrial business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with industrial clients and OEMs
• Deliver product demos, trials, and value-based solutions with technical teams
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine strategy
• Provide market intelligence and performance reports to management
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns to boost product penetration
• Ensure excellent after-sales support and customer satisfaction
• Train and champion Fuchs products internally across sales teams

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, product management, or business development in lubricants, industrial chemicals, or manufacturing
• Proven track record growing product lines in industrial markets
• Technical understanding of industrial lubrication applications (advantageous)
