Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and oversee day-to-day operations of the production floor
• Increase production and asset capacity while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standards
• Manage production processes, monitor output and product quality, and ensure timely transfer of products to inventory and sales
• Allocate human and material resources effectively to produce optimal results
• Monitor operations and implement corrective actions when required
• Collect and analyze data to detect trends, identify areas of waste, and support risk management
• Commit to factory safety procedures and standards
• Develop systems and processes to track and optimize productivity and performance targets
• Prepare regular operating reports and budgets
• Manage work scheduling and rosters to ensure full functionality and avoid operational gaps
• Analyze production metrics and data to identify improvement areas

Required Education & Experience

• Degree in Food Science, Industrial Chemistry, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a related production management position
