Product Manager at Movam

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Product Manager with strong analytical skills and a proven ability to build and scale technology-led solutions in the supply chain and logistics sector. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of product management experience, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver products that enhance operational efficiency, improve user experience, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and strategy to delivery and optimization
• Translate business objectives and customer needs into detailed product requirements and user stories
• Collaborate closely with engineering, data, and operations teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery
• Develop and manage product roadmaps aligned with company goals and stakeholder priorities
• Create wireframes to visually communicate product concepts, facilitate team alignment, and gather feedback from stakeholders, using them throughout the product lifecycle to inform decisions and ensure shared understanding
• Monitor product performance and customer satisfaction using metrics such as retention, efficiency, and NPS
• Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify new opportunities
• Prioritize product initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with strategic objectives
• Serve as a bridge between business, technical, and operational teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout all product development stages
• Champion continuous improvement through data-driven insights and process optimization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Transportation Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 3–4 years of product management experience, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or B2B SaaS environments
