About the Company

Our client is Nigeria's leading financial intermediary and equipment leasing firm, offering flexible leasing, loan financing, and financial planning services. Due to expansion, they are seeking a Product Growth Officer to drive growth across target markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies specific to target markets to achieve desired growth objectives and establish KPIs
• Oversee the entire growth strategy, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to drive target market expansion
• Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to capitalize on them
• Utilize data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance in target markets
• Analyze data on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth to inform strategic decisions
• Develop data-driven recommendations for product improvements, new features, and marketing strategies
• Develop a deep understanding of target markets and customer segments
• Analyze industry trends, competitors, and market gaps to identify optimization opportunities
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization to retirement, ensuring maximum market relevance and profitability
• Collaborate with offline sales teams to expand product reach through effective recruitment and sales channel development
• Gather continuous feedback from offline sales teams on product performance to inform development and align with market needs
• Identify initiatives for product improvement through digital channel development, with focus on user experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong desire to understand consumer behavior and mindset
• Demonstrated curiosity about metrics, execution processes, and attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
