Product Assurance Analyst at Fort Knox Group

About the Role

Join a dynamic, expanding team in the Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management department. We are seeking a Product Assurance Analyst to ensure end-to-end revenue assurance across our diverse product portfolio and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure end-to-end revenue assurance for all Voice, SMS, Data, VAS, and Financial Services products, tariffs, and promotions
• Review new and existing products to identify process gaps and revenue risks, and escalate issues for resolution
• Prepare and execute Acceptance Test Plans (ATP) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in collaboration with internal teams and vendors
• Conduct risk analysis on new and existing products and document conflicting business rules
• Participate in product rollout, post-implementation testing, and regression testing to ensure billing accuracy and zero revenue loss
• Ensure timely termination of expired products, tariffs, and promotions, including validation testing
• Support system upgrades and integrations across billing platforms and network nodes alongside technical teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Revenue Assurance, Telecom Operations, or a related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail with accuracy and precision
• Good knowledge of telecom products and business rules
• Revenue assurance skills including reconciliation, investigation, and reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
