## Title: Procurement & Supply Chain Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to manage end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations. In this role, you will ensure timely sourcing, cost optimization, and seamless logistics to support the company's production and business goals. You will be responsible for strategic planning, vendor management, inventory control, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize efficiency and minimize risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement operations and vendor relationships
  • Oversee supply chain and logistics operations
  • Implement risk management and ensure compliance standards
  • Develop and manage budgets while controlling costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize operations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics management, preferably in manufacturing, polymer, or industrial sectors
  • Proven track record of managing vendor relationships, procurement strategies, and supply chain optimization
  • Professional certifications (advantageous)
  • Not more than 45 years of age at the time of application

Required Skills

  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Knowledge of procurement software, ERP systems, and inventory management tools
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive operational efficiency
