About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lagos. As a Procurement Specialist, you will manage the complete procurement process while driving operational efficiency and building strong supplier partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement process, including sourcing and purchasing materials
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve favorable terms and pricing
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards
• Maintain and develop supplier relationships
• Evaluate vendor performance and conduct cost analyses
• Optimize procurement strategies based on cost and quality considerations
• Handle inventory management and forecasting
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan and forecast procurement needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and supply chain operations
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills for interacting effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Proficiency in inventory management and cost analysis strategies
• Working knowledge of procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

• Previous experience in the real estate or construction industry
