## Title: Procurement Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos. The Procurement Specialist will manage the complete procurement process, including sourcing and purchasing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the procurement process from sourcing through purchase completion
  • Source and purchase materials while negotiating favorable terms with suppliers
  • Maintain and evaluate supplier relationships and vendor performance
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and forecast procurement needs
  • Handle inventory management and conduct cost analyses
  • Optimize procurement strategies based on cost and performance data

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and supply chain operations
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills for interacting with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in inventory management and cost analysis strategies
  • Working knowledge of procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

  • Previous experience in the real estate or construction industry
