## Title: Procurement Officer

About the Role

Alliance Hospital and Services is recruiting a Procurement Officer to manage procurement operations and ensure efficient supply chain management for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source reliable suppliers and maintain productive vendor partnerships
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of medical and non-medical supplies
  • Review and process purchase orders in line with hospital procurement policies
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with units for accurate demand forecasting
  • Track deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain up-to-date procurement records
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal audit requirements
  • Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience (healthcare sector experience is an added advantage)
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor-management skills
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and strong documentation abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP procurement modules is an advantage

Compensation

N150,000 – N170,000 monthly
