A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role.                                                                                                       CALL FOR TENDER                                                    Date:  Global Village Healthcare Initiative for Africa (GHIV Africa) is a non-governmental, non-for-profit humanitarian/Developmental organization which started in 2014. We deliver assistance and protection to affected populations before, during and after crisis situations. GHIV Africa was founded to mitigate the health deficit in Africa and to provide all forms of assistance leading to improved quality of life. The organization is equally poised to support the delivery of healthcare services at the doorsteps of every African village by bridging the gap between primary health care delivery and tertiary health care services through a robust referral system. We provide aid to the most vulnerable population regardless of their religion, race, gender and or political affiliation. Our decisions as an organization are not based on political, economic or religious interest but solely on needs of the affected population.

• Compliance 

Vendors to be considered will be those that comply with all government and donor regulations as GHIV Africa will only engage with Vendors who meet the regulation such as tax clearance of the previous year, Vendors who not involved in Fraud and Terrorism etc.

• Other selection Criteria. 

• All tender documents must be filled, signed and stamped on each page.

• Quotation must be on Company’s letter head.

• All Bids must be submitted to GHIV Africa office located at Beside Armani Event Center, Argungu Street, Damboa Road, Maiduguri, Borno state not later than at 4:30 PM.

• All bids must be sealed in an envelope with instruction not to be opened on or before , The name of the tender with code should be written on the envelope. Soft copy documents are not allowed.

• All unsealed and late bid will automatically be disqualified

• A means of identification (ID such as NIN, driver licence etc) of any member of the company should be include in company’s profile
