Procurement and Production Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vendor sourcing and price negotiations
• Handle contract management and supplier relationships
• Coordinate production processes and monitor schedules to meet targets
• Oversee inventory management and quality control
• Plan and monitor procurement activities in line with company policies and best practices

Required Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Production/Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2–4 years' experience in procurement, supply chain, or production/operations
• Proven experience in vendor sourcing, price negotiation, and contract management
• Experience in coordinating production processes, inventory management, and quality control

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or PMP

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and best practices
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/procurement software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Team-oriented with strong leadership and organisational skills
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
