About the Role

An established school is recruiting for a Primary School Wisdom and Leadership Teacher. You will develop and deliver engaging lessons that instill wisdom, moral values, and leadership qualities in young learners, aligned with the school's curriculum and vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging lessons that instill wisdom, moral values, and leadership qualities in young learners, in line with the school's curriculum and vision
• Teach students essential life skills, including decision-making, responsibility, integrity, and teamwork
• Foster a nurturing and supportive classroom environment that encourages respect, confidence, and positive character development
• Use age-appropriate teaching methods, stories, role-plays, and practical activities to bring values and leadership lessons to life
• Assess students' growth in character and leadership skills, providing constructive feedback and encouragement
• Actively engage in professional development to enhance teaching strategies and approaches to values-based education

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Religious Studies, Guidance and Counseling, or a related field
• Proven experience teaching at the primary school level, preferably in moral instruction, leadership, or values education
• A strong practicing Spirit-filled Christian, deeply committed to Christian values and principles
• Ability to serve as a role model in character, integrity, and Christian leadership
