Primary School Teacher

Position Overview: - We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary School Teacher to join our team. - The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic growth and personal development in young students. - Responsibilities include planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive classroom atmosphere. - The teacher will also collaborate with parents, colleagues, and school administration to support each child’s educational journey. Strong communication, creativity, and classroom management skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum. - Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. - Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and classroom participation. - Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs. - Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills. - Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful learning space. - Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and concerns. - Collaborate with fellow teachers, administrators, and support staff to enhance the learning experience. - Organize extracurricular activities and school events to promote holistic development. - Stay updated with educational trends, teaching methods, and professional development opportunities. Requirements: - Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Education / Early Childhood Education - NCE is an advantage - Minimum of 2 years teaching experience - Ability to commute to job location which is Satellite Town, Lagos - Can work under pressure.
