Power Installation Supervisor at BlueWave New Energy Technology Nigeria Company Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the installation of electrical power systems, including solar PV systems, inverters, energy storage solutions, and related infrastructure
• Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and project specifications
• Oversee electrical installations involving both high voltage and low voltage electricity
• Manage and direct on-site installation teams, subcontractors, and technical personnel to achieve timely and quality project delivery
• Conduct site inspections, provide technical guidance, and resolve on-site challenges to ensure smooth project execution
• Verify and review technical drawings, installation plans, and project documents for accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure all technical requirements are met
• Prepare detailed installation and progress reports, and ensure all documentation is accurately completed
• Enforce safety protocols and lead by example to promote a culture of safety on-site

Qualifications and Requirements

• HND or B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
• Minimum of 4–5 years' experience in electrical power installation, preferably in the renewable energy sector
• Strong knowledge of both high voltage and low voltage electricity installation
• Relevant professional certifications (NABCEP, COREN, or equivalent) is an added advantage
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Good communication skills for effective interaction with clients, team members, and stakeholders
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics and electrical drawings
