Poultry Operations Lead

This vacancy presents a chance to join a leading organization. - Agrofount Limited is hiring a Poultry Operations Lead to manage the end-to-end execution of Day-Old Chicks (DOC) sourcing, coordination, and delivery. This role ensures that every confirmed order is fulfilled accurately, on time, and to standard. Key Responsibilities: - Source Day-Old Chicks from approved and reliable hatcheries - Coordinate DOC production schedules based on confirmed sales orders - Plan and manage logistics for nationwide DOC deliveries - Ensure timely, accurate, and complete delivery to customers - Liaise with hatcheries, transport providers, and internal teams to resolve issues - Monitor delivery quality and address operational risks proactively - Maintain detailed operational records, schedules, and performance reports - Ensure all deliveries meet agreed quality and service standards Required Qualifications: - Experience in poultry operations, hatchery management, or agricultural logistics - Strong planning, coordination, and execution skills - Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously - High attention to detail and accountability - Good communication and stakeholder-management skills - Ability to work independently and make operational decisions Compensation - Competitive monthly base pay - Performance-linked incentives based on delivery efficiency and service quality
