## Title: POS State Merchant Officer

About the Role

Fort Knox Group is recruiting a POS State Merchant Officer to manage point-of-sale operations and drive business growth within the state. This role encompasses aggregator management, POS device logistics, brand development, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Aggregator Management

  • Identify and onboard quality aggregators in the state
  • Ensure 100% aggregator activity levels
  • Ensure each aggregator maintains at least 95% active agent base at all times
  • Recruit the appropriate number of aggregators in line with the state's specified distribution structure
  • Ensure each aggregator recruits a minimum of 500 agents

Agent and Transaction Management

  • Drive minimum transaction counts of 15 per agent per day
  • Ensure aggregators promptly make funds available to all agents under their network
  • Maintain zero float balance across all agents
  • Constantly identify opportunities for increasing quality agent base in the region

POS Device Management

  • Take full custody of all POS devices assigned to the state
  • Assign POS devices to aggregators based on qualifying criteria
  • Manage all POS devices across the state
  • Coordinate POS distribution, retrieval, and support issues as required
  • Coordinate repairs of faulty POS devices with the state EUS team

Brand Development and Marketing

  • Ensure appropriate and effective outlet branding in line with "Picture of Success (PICOS)" standards
  • Identify visibility opportunities for the brand within the state
  • Manage POSM (Point of Sale Materials) stock in state warehouse to prevent damage, wastage, and obsolete materials
  • Train aggregators on POSM deployment to agents in line with "Picture of Success" guidelines

Business Development and Competitive Strategy

  • Identify and leverage distribution opportunities in the state to grow the POS business
  • Drive market penetration of POS services in the state
  • Effectively report competitive activities and implement adequate counter initiatives
  • Track ongoing market initiatives
  • Immediately address or escalate any unusual competitor activity and sales support issues that may threaten business performance
